This is great! Thanks for sharing! I discovered you and your work at the AI Advantage seminar. My $20 ChatGPT partner told me I didn’t need the $995 program that was being hyped. πŸ˜‚What you shared here is very helpful.

Wise choice! That online forum with that seminar was enough to change my mind....every other comment deleted for who knows what reason, mainly a lot of noise.

It's interesting how there's an illusion of learning in a big group of people like that, but the whole point with ChatGPT is that you can basically ask it anything and get such great info. Of course, I always run it through my own filters, but I trust it more than random people in a forum. It's a neurocomplex introvert's dream!

Love this! That's why you're so successful - you don't have your ego wrapped up in it all.

The whole getting-exposed-to-AI adventure I just began about 6 weeks ago, has been a total blast. I've used it mainly in the healthcare world. People are afraid AI will replace jobs....well, I've seen it DO the job that a lot of doctors I've seen won't or can't do...and that is simply believing me when I share factors specific to my physiology that matter in my treatment and then answering questions through those filters - free of power struggles, time constraints, and navigating the emotional pitfalls of the relationship.

The positive impact on my health has been huge. I think I need to write a full post about this soon. :)

A lot of people get caught up in the illusion of learning....being in an online forum is the best way to learn (from random strangers)....giving all my power to an expert is the best way to learn....spending a ton of money is the best way to learn.....following someone else's model is the best way to learn....when what I love about ChatGPT is that I can explore and ask my questions free of the nonsense that's common in those spaces. I just love it. That alone has been great for my health, never mind the usefulness of the information.

Thanks for your inspiration and helpful info in relation to all this, Sabrina!

Sabrina actually wrote to all of us and told us that she was not affiliated with the offer they had and that we should not think that by buying the program they were supporting her - she was candid wth us and upfront.

This is why I follow and recommend her to all my connections.

That’s interesting. I’d never heard of her before the seminar, so wouldn’t have received that message. It was a great intro (in between the blasts of sales hype) but glad I sidestepped the expensive course.

Also-Sabrina, I haven’t even begun to truly dive into using AI in developing my business (still wrapping up 2025), but wanted to thank you again for inspiring me to explore ChatGPT. I’ve used it with great success in gathering helpful customized info that helped me make a medication decision in conjunction with my doctor.

The result has been having a stable heart rhythm for the first time in years- which has meant getting my life back. A major big deal.

AI β€œbelieved” certain important physiological aspects of my wiring that my specialists have dismissed over the years.

Which meant that a ton of stress disappeared because I got quality info thru those β€œfilters” - without having to navigate the emotional landscape of trying to convince docs that my wiring is important.

I definitely didn’t replace my doc with AI, but augmented the communications with him, with his knowledge - like using a GPT-drafted summary of my understanding of research my doc had provided, along with questions.

After starting the med, I was able to get a ton of helpful info (tweaking diet, supplements, exercise, etc) that helped me make a smooth transition into it.

And while I don’t promote using AI for creative or essay writing, it’s super helpful for drafting communications with doctors and insurance.

It can be like an β€œanger translatorβ€πŸ˜‚ ….in that I can type my question that may include exasperation and it can translate it into professional language (that I always tweak) that will land well and get the job done.

Getting help with that heavy lifting is worth the $20/mo for ChatGPT!

Still always staying detached and carefully review all the info it provides-not outsourcing my brain (!) - but find it incredibly fun to explore the ways it can save me time.

Thanks heaps Sabrina. Absolutely awesome.

Just woke up down here on the Gold Coast in Australia and saw you had posted a few hrs earlier this FREE well structured and explained tutorial, without all the hype and upsells.

I’m a real newbie at this new AI/ChatGPT world upon us, so it will take a lot longer than 1hr to get my head around the teaching in this tutorial… Most probably days lol.

Besides your down to earth, cheerful personality, I really appreciate you providing the text of this tutorial. Saves taking notes, then trying to figure out what the heck my notes really mean.

Also thanks heaps, for all the awesome content in your free course, and look forward to joining your Blotato.com and go deeper into this new AI world, once I’ve got the basis ingrained in my head.

Sure hope ChatGPT / OpenAI quickly recognises you are their #1 evangelist who’s spreading/teaching A1 to the world for free without all the hype and upsells… and pay you a substantial evangelist fee, or 5 million, 1cent share options, payable 10-15 yrs down the track. :)

Thanks so much for not making learning AI/ChatGPT not so scary and enjoyable to start learning.
