Can you support by link to such research about Data shows top AI agents can only complete 2.5% of real-world tasks, yet companies like Block, Salesforce, and Amazon are citing AI in massive layoff announcements.

Yes, mass layoffs but Im already an AI Engineer and have Certifications to prove it.... So I have absolutely NO Clue what organization's are doing 😳

I Engineered a prompt to AI and asked it what will it take for corporate accountability because real people are being harmed.

AI suggested the following to reel in the corporate abuse and minimize mass layoffs.

----------------AI RECOMMENDED---------

Employee Bill of Rights Act

Purpose:

To protect working families, reduce harmful mass layoffs, and reward companies that treat people fairly.

Section 1) No Profiting From Mass Layoffs

Large companies may not increase executive bonuses or stock buybacks within 12 months of a mass layoff. Layoffs must not be used to raise stock prices.

Section 2) Fair Warning

Companies with 100 or more employees must give workers at least 90 days’ notice before a mass layoff, unless the company is closing immediately.

Section 3) Layoffs Only When Truly Necessary. Mass layoffs are allowed only if a company is in bankruptcy, facing closure, or has proven severe financial loss.

Section 4) Smart AI Workforce Planning

Companies must use approved AI tools to forecast demand, retrain workers, and reduce layoffs before cutting jobs.

Section 5) Worker Transition Support

Laid-off employees must receive retraining access, job-placement help, and healthcare continuation. Not the Cobra offering. MUST BE AFFORDABLE.

Why This Matters:

People are not disposable. Stable jobs create stable families, stable communities, and a stable economy. This law slows unnecessary layoffs and rewards responsible business.

Anyway.... I hope didn't get far off topic... But for even AI to scan internet data and weigh the facts about mass layoffs at the drop of a hat, sees that Corporations Itself needs some guardrails before masses blaim AI.

I'm wondering if it's worth it to use AI specifically a company called super AGI to automate my outbound calls and emails to book clients for me. Do you think it's good to go all in on AI at this point?
