How to Run This Prompt Chain
This is a sequence of 5 simple prompts that should be run within the SAME chat. Simply go in order, 1 prompt a time.
Step 1
Open the AI chat app you use most frequently: whether it’s ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Deepseek, etc.
You should open the app you ACTUALLY use because this exercise works best when AI has many past conversations to analyze.
Step 2
Open a new chat.
Step 3
Copy and paste each prompt into the chat, ONE AT A TIME.
Make sure you wait for AI to finish answering, before you move onto the next prompt.
Here are all 5 prompts:
1. Based on everything you know about me, tell me who you think I’m pretending to be versus who I actually am.2. Be brutally honest and tell me my deepest insecurities.
3. What is the one cycle I’m stuck in that will keep me average?
4. If I fix this right now, what could my life look like in 1 year, 5 years, 10 years?
5. Taking all this into consideration, what is the highest leverage thing I should do in the next 30 days?

Don’t expect AI’s answer to be 100% accurate.
This exercise is designed to be thought-provoking for purposes of self-discovery and reflection.
Think of it like asking your close friend their opinion of you. Your friend’s answer should be meaningful, valuable, and thought provoking… but never 100% correct.
The more history you have using the AI tool, the more CONTEXT it will have to give you a better answer.
