This is the part creators should steal:

Don’t multiply content. Multiply the idea.

If you copy-paste the same post everywhere, it usually feels recycled.

A better system:

Start with one proven idea.

Extract the strongest:

lesson

story

contrarian take

checklist

question

Rebuild each one for the platform it’s going on.

Track which version actually performs.

Feed the winner back into the system.

Useful newsletter lesson:

One strong Substack article can become:

5 Notes

a LinkedIn post

an X thread

a short video script

a subscriber email

a follow-up article

The goal isn’t to create more ideas.

It’s to get more distribution from the ideas you already know people care about.

the 'start with one proven idea' step is doing all the heavy lifting. the multiplication part is cheap now; the scarce part is still recognizing which idea deserves to be multiplied.
