AI coach helps you go viral on tiktok & reels!
Introducing Blotato Viral AI Coach - analyzes your draft tiktoks and reels and gives you tips to improve them
This is the tool I WISH I HAD when I first started making Tiktoks and Instagram Reels.
I promise it will teach you MORE than a $10,000 Tiktok course.
Itβs called Blotato Viral AI Coach - designed to help you get more views on short form video platforms like Tiktok, Instagram Reels, and Youtube Shorts!
Trained on many thousands of viral videos and hooks, AI analyzes your draft video's audio and visual content. Then, AI provides specific actionable feedback to improve your video to get more views, with special emphasis on your hooks, curiosity gap, and problem/benefit statement.
Hereβs how the scorecard worksβ¦
It analyzes 5 distinct categories:
your opening hook
your pain and benefit hook (why should viewers keep watching)
whether viewers can understand what's going on in your video if they have no sound playing
information density after your hook
emotional resonance and shareability of your video
Most importantly, AI analyzes your visuals and audio in order to give you brutally honest and specific actionable feedback to improve your opening hook and problem benefit statement.
That way, you can re-film the first 10 seconds of your video before posting it.
If you score below a certain threshold, AI will also generate 10 suggested hooks based on a database of over 1,000+ viral hooks I've curated from Tiktok/Instagram. You can grab these for FREE here, by the way.
Not shown in the screenshot above, AI also generates similar explanations for the information density, emotional resonance, and shareability of your video. These 3 factors are hugely important, but less important than your opening hooks.
The sad reality?
If your hook is weak, viewers will scroll right past your amazing content (and probably watch clickbait brainrot instead).
I recently listened to an Alex Hormozi podcast where he talked about spending 95% of his time/energy into perfecting the hook. Whether it's text, audio, or video content, your hook is the most important central piece.
Last, the Blotato Viral AI Coach also researches hashtags, breaking them down into 3 primary broad hashtags and 2 secondary niche hashtags for discovery. Tiktok recently implemented a limit of maximum 5 hashtags per video, and these hashtags are used to determine whom Tiktok should show your video to.
In the Youtube walkthrough, I also share how I built this feature.
Basically, I have 3 separate prompts.
First, the video scoring prompt, which computes the scores and produces a detailed explanation for each score.
Second, a prompt that generates hook suggestions based on my database of curated viral hooks.
Third, a prompt to brainstorm relevant hashtags.
Hereβs a screenshot of prompt #2 for generating alternative hooks:
Initially, I tried to do everything in a single mega prompt, but I found the results inferior, compared to splitting it into 3 distinct ChatGPT prompt calls.
Interestingly, this initial version doesn't have fancy LLM evaluations yet. I've simply given ChatGPT thousands of examples of what βgoodβ looks like.
Yet, the results are shockingly helpful and spot-on, even for an experienced creator like myself. But LLM evals are definitely on my roadmap if this feature gets a lot of usage.
Let me know what you think, Iβd love to get your feedback!

Is this a separate product from the Blotato app you developed a while ago? I subscribe to that. I haven't used it yet but am working up to it. I thought that the original app would review things and create posts. Is that correct?
